摘 要:矩阵变换器直接空间矢量调制策略存在开关频率倍频现象,开关频率提高会加大系统的开关损耗,增加换流过程和窄脉冲出现的几率,引起输出电压非线性畸变,恶化矩阵变换器的运行性能。提出一种空间矢量调制策略的优化方法,对每个功率器件的驱动信号进行优化分配,降低器件的实际开关频率;为了消除换流延时对输出波形的影响,根据输入电压扇区和输出电流对驱动脉冲进行延时补偿;利用3个零矢量调制消除窄脉冲。实验证明,该方法可以较好地改善低调制比时直接空间矢量调制策略的输出性能。The real switching frequency is doubled in the direct space vector modulation of matrix converter and the switching loss,commutation duration and narrow pulse are therefore increased,which causes the nonlinear distortion of output voltage and deteriorates the operating performance of matrix converter.An optimal direct space vector modulation is introduced,which distributes the driving pulses for each switch properly to reduce the real switching frequency,carries out the delay compensation of driving pulse according to the input voltage sector and the output current to eliminate the effect of commutation delay on output voltage,and applies three zero vectors to eliminate narrow pulses.Experimental results verify that the proposed method improves the performance of direct space vector modulation,especially when the modulation ratio is very small.
