语篇语境下的英语语调教学

摘　　要：在特定的语篇语境下,英语语调具有多种不同的交际功能,这些功能的表达对于成功的语言交流起到了重要的作用。外语教师和学习者需要充分认知和掌握各语调模式及其功能,在教学中改善传统的语调处理方法,将语调模式置于语篇语境下,并于其中以真实的语调使用为素材,借助于现代的信息技术和语音教学技术手段,进行语调强化训练,培养学习者准确使用语调传情达意的交际能力。English intonation has important roles in communication. Different intonation patterns communicative meanings in a particular context and discourse. Traditional pedagogical treatments of English may have different intonation overlook the communicative value of intonation. Learners have problems communicating by using certain intonation patterns. The author emphasizes that English intonation should be taught communicatively and functionally in real-life context and discourse, with the support of information technology and other multi-media facilities and machines.
