摘　　要：介绍了智能型塑料外壳式断路器HSM1z-160脱扣器的结构组成、工作原理及零件设计时应注意的问题。对该脱扣器结构零件技术参数和功能技术参数进行了分析和比较。通过设计与技术改进后,该结构具有装置加工方便、成本低、性能准确可靠等优点。Introduction was made to the structure composing and working principle of HSM1z-160 release and caution issues when detail design was carried out. This paper analyzed and compared technical parameters of the release’s constructional detail and technical parameters of the function. After design and technical improvement, the device structure is easy to process, the cost is low and the performance is reliable.
