摘 要:考察了不同膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)添加量对环氧树脂(EP)阻燃性能的影响,以及有机化凹凸棒土(OAT)对膨胀阻燃环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响,最后对复合材料的增韧机理及阻燃机理进行了简要分析。结果表明,在环氧树脂中加入25%的IFR,可使复合材料的氧指数(LOI)达到30%,并通过UL94 V-0级测试,但拉伸性能有所降低;在膨胀阻燃环氧树脂体系中,适量添加3%的OAT能使复合材料的力学性能有所提高,对氧指数未见协同改善效果,但都通过了UL94垂直燃烧测试。Effects of both different amount of intumescent flame retardant on the flame retardant property of epoxy resin and organic-attapulgite on the properties of intumescent flame retardant epoxy resin composites were studied. The toughening and flame retardant mechanism of the composite were analyzed. The results showed that 25% addition of IFR increased the LOI of EP to 30% and reached vertical burning level to V-0 while the tensile strength was reduced. In the system of intumescent flame retardant epoxy resin, the addition of 3 % OAT made the composites had better mechanical property, and had no collaborative improvement effect on the oxygen index, but still passed the UL-94 vertical burning test.
