民办高校学生党支部先进性建设刍议

摘　　要：民办高校学生党支部是党的基层组织,是开展思想政治教育的重要阵地,是发挥学生党员先进性的战斗堡垒。学生党支部先进性建设不足之处的原因在于受民办高校自身条件制约、学生党支部内部活力不足、学生党员和积极分子的个人修养欠缺等。民办高校学生党支部先进性建设要从民办高校党委和管理者等方面着手重视学生党建工作、落实党内生活制度、增强学生党支部的组织活力、加强党员教育管理和入党积极分子培养、提高学生党员和积极分子个人修养。The student branch of the Communist Party in private college is the basic-level organization of the Party,the important position of developing ideological education,the battle fortress of exerting the advanced nature of student party members.The inadequacy in construction of advanced nature of student party branch lies in the reasons that it was constrained by the restricted conditions of private colleges;it was affected by the lacking of vitality within the student branch of Communist Party,the laxation in inspecting and administering the party activitists and members,the deficiency in personal quality of the party activitists and members. The construction of the advanced nature of the student branch of the communist party in private college should embark on the work that the management of private college emphasize and strengthen student party work,enhance the organizing vitality of the student branch of the party.Besides,the student branch should consolidate the inspection and administration of party activitists and members,and improve their personal qualities.
