摘  要:建立硫酸钡比浊法测定重铀酸盐中硫酸根的分析方法。试验表明,硫酸根质量浓度在16~40μg/mL(在25mL容量瓶中)时线性良好,线性相关系数(r)>0.997。称样质量约0.5g时,该方法的检出下限为0.4%,样品加标回收率为90.7%~105%,硫酸根质量分数为5.72%时,样品测定相对标准偏差为2.8%,0.4mg氟、10mg钙对测定无干扰。A analysis method for determination of sulphuric acid radical in diuranate by barium sulfate nephelometery was studied.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient(r)0.997 when concentration of sulphuric acid radical was in the range of 16 to 40 μg/mL.The detection limit of the method was 0.4% when sample quantity was 0.5 g,and the recovery was in the range of 90.7% to 105%.RSD was 2.8% when concentration of sulphuric acid radical was 5.72%.0.4 mg of fluorin and 10 mg of calcium did not interfere with determination of sulphuric acid radical.
