摘 要:聚磷酸铵是一种非卤阻燃剂,性能优良,广泛应用于防火涂料、橡胶、聚氨酯、干粉灭火剂等。选用两种聚合度不同的聚磷酸铵,分析其热分解性能,并分别添加到水系灭火剂中,进行A类火灭火试验,分析其对水系灭火剂效能的影响。结果表明,低聚合度的聚磷酸铵,溶解度大,熔点低,当与火焰作用时,可以迅速熔化,在可燃物表面形成覆盖膜,阻断燃烧,从而提高了灭火效能。Ammonium polyphosphate is a halogen-free flame re- tardants. ()wing to its excellent performance, it is widely used for fire resistant coating, rubber, polyurethane and dry powder extinguishing agent. In the paper, we tested thermal decompo- sition property of two different ammonium polyphosphates and added them to the water based fire extinguishing agent. The ef-fectiveness of the two ammonium polyphosphates on properties of fire extinguishing agents against Class A fire was evaluated. It is showed that ammonium polyphosphate with lower poly- merization has higher solubility and lower melting point. It will melt quickly and form a film on the surface of fuel when it tou- ches the flame. In this way, the fire is suppressed and improved the performance.
