摘　　要：生物酶具有专一性和高效性,通过改性和固定可用于棉织物染整加工,前处理中常用的生物酶有淀粉酶、果胶酶和纤维素酶。介绍了前处理中淀粉酶、果胶酶和纤维素酶的作用机理,以及生物酶法在棉织物退浆、精练和漂白中的应用。in dyeing and fin pectinase and cell pretreatment. The Enzyme is high specific and high efficient, it can be applied after modification or immobilization shing process for cotton. In cotton pretreatment, the common used enzyme were amylase and ulase. The paper mainly introduced the reaction mechanism of the above three enzymes during cotton application of enzyme in desizing, souring and bleaching for cotton were also introduced
