防沾剂在纯棉色织布上的应用性能研究

摘　　要：针对纯棉色织布退浆过程中,深色区域上的活性染料易水洗到工作液中造成浮色,沾污浅色区域,造成色差的情况,选用3只防沾剂,加入到一定质量浓度的水解染料或深色织物水洗液中,研究助剂用量、水洗温度、水洗时间等因素对防沾剂防沾污效果的影响。During desizing process for yarn dyed cotton fabric, the reactive dyes in deep color area will always drop into desizing solution and stain the shallow colored area ,which cause color difference. The paper chose 3 anti- stain agents and put them into calculated hydrolyzed dye solutions or dark fabric washing solutions. Then discussed the effect of the add on of anti-staining agents, washing temperature and time on anti-stain effect
