氟银辐照猪皮治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氟银辐照猪皮治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法将54例面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面分为氟银辐照猪皮治疗组和单纯创面暴露治疗组,比较两组的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果与单纯创面暴露组比较,氟银辐照猪皮治疗组创面疼痛轻,感染率小,愈合快,色素改变及瘢痕增生不明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氟银辐照猪皮疗法治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤疗效优于单纯创面暴露疗法,具有高效、安全、简便优点,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of early covering facial partial-thickness burns with radiated pig skin dressings. Methods 54 cases of inpatients suffering from Ⅱ° facial bum were divided into two groups. The experimential group received the radiated porcine skin impregnated with nofloxacin and silver for cover, and the control group was only treated with exposure of wound surface. The clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results In the experimential group, the superficial partial-thickness bum healed in （5.4±1.2） d, partial-thickness bum healed in （9.8±2.3） d and caused less scar hyperplasia and less pigmentation. The patients had less pain, good life quality and achieved good outcomes. Conclusions It is feasible that radiated porcine skin impregnated with nofloxacin and silver is used as an effective dressing to cover the facial partial-thickness bums. It can accelerate wound healing and maximally reserve the regeneration of wound healing.
