摘 要:目的探讨病房内有效的、创新型护理管理方法,对照分析危机管理在病房内应用的效果。方法 2011年我院的病房管理体系中首次采用危机管理方法,随机抽取2011年1月至2011年12月期间住院的患者500例作为观察组,随机抽取2010年1月至2010年12月500例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者住院1周后的焦虑程度、住院期间的不良事件发生率和患者对我院护理工作的满意度。结果经统计学分析,观察组患者的紧张焦虑状态明显降低,其不良事件发生更少,患者对我院护理工作的满意度显著提高,与对照组患者各个指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病房护理中采用危机管理这种创新方法具有较好的效果,值得在护理管理中应用。Objective To explore the effective, innovative nursing management mothods, to comparatively analyze the application effect of crisis management in the wards. Methods Crisis management mode was first applied in ward management system in our hospital in 2011. 500 patients from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly selected as the observation group, 500 patients from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly selected as the control group, to compare the anxiety level after one week of hospitalization, incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction with ward nursing between the two groups. Results The patients in the observation group had significantly reduced anxiety, fewer adverse events, significant increase in patient satisfaction with ward nursing in contrast to the control group with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The innovative model of crisis management applied in the hospital ward nursing has good results, which is worthy of application in nursing management.
