新生儿早期预警评分在护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价新生儿早期预警评分表（Newborn Eafly Warning Scores，NEWS）在足月新生儿病情评估中的作用。方法应用NEWS评分对2011年8月至2012年7月125例母亲有孕期或产时高危因素的足月新生儿进行评估并进行相应的护理．对新生儿的评分和护理进行分析。结果NEWS评分〈5分高危儿观察室留观78例，仅予一般观察护理：NEWS评分5—7分35例，病情可能发展加重，观察治疗期间护理关注增加，后转入普通新生儿病房治疗；NEWS评分〉7分12例。病情危重，需要立即转入新生儿重症监护病房监护救治。三类不同NEWS评分新生儿的疾病谱存在明显差异。结论改良设计的新生儿病房早期预警评分表能使护理人员客观地对足月新生儿的病情进行评估，及时采取干预措施，防范延误治疗．值得应用推广。Objective To study and assess the effect of newborn early warning scores （NEWS） for neonatal nursing in neonatal ward. Methods 125 cases of full-term newborns （gestational age 〉37 weeks） with maternal high-risk factors between August 2011 and July 2012 were assessed by modified NEWS and given the related nursing support. The relation between NEWS and nursing support was analyzed. Results 78 cases of high risk infants with NEWS 〈5 were only given general observation and nursing; 35 cases of high risk infants with NEWS from 5 to 7 were transferred to a neonatal unit treatment and given an increased attention and nursing; 12 cases of high risk infants with NEWS 〉7 were transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit and immediately given intensive nursing. There were different newborn disease spectrum among three different kinds of NEWS. Conclusion The modified NEWS can assess the neonatal illness objectively and take timely interventions. It helps prevent a delay in treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
