摘　　要：土地利用规划的环境影响评价能减少规划实施对各种环境要素及其所构成的生态系统可能造成的影响,并为科学决策提供依据。介绍了土地利用规划环境影响评价的工作程序与指标体系,并对其不确定性的来源及其特点进行了分析,提出了做好土地利用规划环境影响评价的建议与措施,为环境影响评价在土地利用规划中的应用奠定基础。Environmental impact assessment of land use planning can reduce the impact of the planning implementation on all kinds of environment factors and their ecological systems and provide basis for scientific decision-making.This paper introduces working procedure and indicator system of environmental impact assessment in land use planning,analyzes the sources of uncertainty and its characteristics and puts forward suggestions and measures for accomplishing environmental impact assessment in land use planning to lay a foundation for the application of environmental impact assessment to land use planning.
