低碳森林城市建设途径与策略——以济南市为例

摘　　要：气候变化正深刻地影响着人类的生存和发展,已成为全球可持续发展中面临的最严峻挑战之一。低碳森林城市发展模式和建设,是应对全球气候变化的重要手段,是实现城市可持续发展的战略选择和必由之路。文章阐述了低碳森林城市的内涵,分析了济南市低碳森林城市建设的必要性,提出了济南市建设低碳森林城市的七大途径与策略。Climate change is having a profound impact on human survival and development and has become one of the most serious challenges in the global sustainable development. The model of development and construction of the low-carbon forest city is an important way to dealing with global climate change, which is a strategic choice and the only way to achieve sustainable urban development. The article describes the connotation of a low-carbon forest city, analyzes the necessity of constructing low carbon forest city in Jinan City and proposes seven ways and strategies of the construction.
