摘　　要：文章通过对嫩江右岸省界堤防工程的决策、施工准备、建设实施及运行效果进行分析研究,认为项目建成以来,各段堤防、护岸以及各穿堤建筑物和水文站运行良好,工程防洪效益显著,经济评价指标理想。但工程建成移交地方使用后,管理系统不够健全,建议完善管理系统,制定管理制度并提高防汛道路标准。Through the analysis and research on the decision-making,construction preparation,construction,implementation and operation effect of the province boundary dike engineering of Nenjiang river right bank,the paper obtain that the project has the good status for the each section dikes,bank protection,crossing dike buildings and hydrological stations,the significantly engineering flood control benefit and the ideal economic evaluation indicators since its completion.The management system is not perfect after the completed project hand over the local departments,some suggestions are proposed,which include performing the management system,making the management system and improving the road standards of flood control.
