摘　　要：本文采用三阶导数光谱法测定三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的含量,三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的浓度在60～150ug/ml 时,振幅 D 值与浓度有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.16％,ev=0.85％,n=5。We use the method of third derivation spectrum to measure the injection content of ATP.When the density of ATP injection is between 60 to 150 ug/ml,the value of amptitude D has a nice linear connection with the density,r=0.9999,the average rate of recovery is 100.16%,ev=0.85%,n=5.
