摘　　要：为了合理的利用现有医学教学资源、解决医学实验教学资源紧张的问题,利用虚拟现实及模拟技术,在传统教学及平台的基础上,结合已有教学资源与软件平台开展虚拟教学系统的实践应用研究。利用虚拟医学系统不仅形象生动的体现了复杂的教学过程,对于医学教学中不能开展的实验或有限的教学资源提供一种新的教学及实验方式。实践证实在医学教学过程中开展虚拟医学教学与实验是可行的。In order to make full use of the medical teaching resource and satisfy the requirement of medical experiments, based on the custom teaching platform, the authors have developed the practice and application research on virtual medical teaching system taking advantage of the vimml reality and simulation technology and combining the original teaching resources on software platform. It reflects the complex teaching process directly and visually, also provides a new method in the teaching and experiments which are difficult to develop in the limited medical resources. The practice has verified that it is feasible to develop the virtual medical teaching and experiment in medical teaching.
