北豆根总碱的抗炎作用及毒性试验

摘　　要：北豆根总碱的抗炎作用在剂量为370.4和185.2mg/kg 时可明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管透透性,并有一定的量效关系其灌胃 LD_(50)=2.56±0.388g/kg;腹腔 LD_(50)=63.32±4.31mg/kg。Total alkaloid of Menispermum Dauricum(TAMD)ig LD_(50)=2.56±0.388g/kg;ip LD_(50)=63. 32±4.31mg/kg;at the dose of 370.4 and 185.2mg/kg,TAMD can significantly inhibit ear-swell of mice caused by xylene and peritoneal capillary penetrability caused by acetic acid,moreover there is the relation of dose and effect to some extent.
