摘 要:目的探讨VRI在COPD中的临床价值。方法选择新疆医科大学一附院呼吸科行VRI及肺功能检查的100例住院慢阻肺患者与35例健康志愿者,分析VRI与肺功能的相关性。结果慢阻肺患者VRI结果与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.01),振动曲线异常和动态图像异常随病情严重程度而改变(P<0.05),且与FEV1%pred呈相关(复合相关系数r=0.549,P<0.01)。结论 VRI对COPD诊断及评价病情严重程度有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of vibration response imaging (VIR), a new computer-assisted lung sound imaging technology, in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 100 COPD hospitalized patients in the Respiratory De- partment of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and 35 healthy volunteers received lung function test (LFT) and VRI from November 2010 to October 2011. Results There was statistical difference between VIR results of COPD patients and that of the control group (P 〈 0. O1 ). The abnormal scores on either vibration energy graph or dynamic images changed along with higher severity of COPD ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a linear relationship between the abnormal scores on vibration energy graph and dynamic images of VIR and FEV1% pred ( r = 0. 549,P 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusion VIR has an important clinical value in diagnosing the serious degree of COPD patients.
