丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性间质性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性间质性肺炎的疗效。方法将92例间质性肺炎患者随机分为常规治疗组和丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗组,比较两组患者治疗前后检测血清Ⅲ型胶原(Ⅲ-C)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平、高分辨CT病变评分、末梢血氧饱和度检查(SPO2)及6分钟步行距离的变化。结果两组患者治疗后血清Ⅲ-C水平下降及IFN-γ水平升高、6分钟步行距离延长(P<0.05),丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗组患者治疗后上述指标改善优于常规治疗组(P<0.05),联合组高分辨CT病变评分较治疗前有改善,明显优于常规治疗组,两组患者SPO2治疗前后无改善(P>0.05)。结论特发性间质性肺炎患者在常规治疗基础上,加用丹红及乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,可以更好的改善肺纤维化,提升患者运动能力,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Danhong injection combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of pa- tients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. Methods 92 patients with interstitial pneumonia were divided into the conventional treat- ment group and the Danhong eombined with aeetylcysteine treatment group, and the following items in the two groups were recorded before and after the treatment： the level of serum collagen type Ⅲ （Ⅲ-c） and interferon gamma （IFN-γ） , lesion score of high resolution CT, peripheral blood oxygen saturation （ SPO2 ） and 6-minute walking distance. Results The levels of IFN-γ and Ⅲ-c, as well as the 6-mi- nute walking distance, were better improved in the combined treatment group than in the conventional treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional treatment, Danhong injection combined with aeetylcysteine can improve the pulmonary fibrosis and locomotory capacity in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.
