摘 要:以一年生‘红地球’葡萄‘贝达’嫁接苗为试验材料,研究了0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%的NaCl、Na2CO3处理对其新梢相对生长量、叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性的影响.结果表明:随着NaCl和Na2CO2胁迫浓度的增大,‘红地球’葡萄‘贝达’嫁接苗新梢相对生长量明显被抑制,叶片的相对电导率增大,MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量升高,SOD活性和POD活性均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,CAT活性呈现减小的趋势;相同浓度的NaCl处理对‘红地球’葡萄‘贝达’嫁接苗叶片的伤害程度大于Na2CO3处理.The 'Beta' grafted 'Red Globe' grape seedlings were treated by NaCl or Na2CO3(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%).The growth and physiological indexes in the seedlings were measured after they were treated for 10 d.The results showed that the shoots relative growth of the seedlings were significantly restricted with increasing of the NaCl and Na2CO3 concentration,the relative electric conductivity,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and free proline increased,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) first increased and then decreased,the activity of catelase(CAT) decreased in leaves.The damage degree of same concentration of NaCl treatment to leaves of the seedlings was greater than that of Na2CO3 treatment.
