摘 要:为解决我国甘蓝机械化收获无适合机型的实际问题,结合西北地区甘蓝种植模式,通过理论分析,应用CAD技术,设计了4YB-Ⅰ型单行甘蓝联合收获机,研究了该机的整体结构和工作原理,确定了关键部件的结构参数.结果表明:4YB-Ⅰ型甘蓝联合收获机的作业速度为0.3m/s,圆盘割刀切割速度为6m/s,生产率为0.04~0.05hm2/h.说明该机结构简单、性能可靠,能为我国甘蓝收获的机械化提供技术参考.In order to overcome the shortcoming that there was no proper machine of cabbage harvest in China,a type of 4YB-Ⅰ cabbage harvest machine with single file was designed by theoretical and CAD technology.Combined with the planting model of cabbage in the northwest of China,the paper detailed the overall structure and working principles of the machine,determined the structure and technical parameters of the major working parts.The results showed that the working speed of 4YB-Ⅰ cabbage harvest machine was 0.3 m/s,the cutting speed of cabbage was 6 m/s,and the productivity was 0.04~0.05 hm2/h.The machine had simple structure and reliable performance,which could provide reliable technical reference for the mechanization of cabbage harvest.
