摘 要:目的检测药用植物白千层、大果榕、山苍子、匍匐滨藜、牛大力萃取物的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法采用MTT实验,检测白千层、大果榕、山苍子、匍匐滨藜、牛大力的萃取物对人肺腺癌细胞(SPCA-1)、肝癌细胞(BEL7402)、胃癌细胞(GSC)和白血病细胞(K562)的体外增殖抑制作用,抑制率超过50%即被确定为抗肿瘤有效活性萃取部位,则进一步测定有效活性萃取部位的半数抑制率(IC50)。结果五种药用植物的部分萃取物对四种肿瘤细胞的增殖有较强的抑制作用。结论白千层、大果榕、山苍子、匍匐滨藜、牛大力的萃取物在体外对SPCA-1、BEL-7402、GSC-7901、K562肿瘤细胞的增殖有不同程度的抑制作用。Objective To detect the anti-tumor activity in vitro of extracted materials from medicinal plants Melaleuca leucadendron, Ficus auriculata, Litsea cubeba, Atriplex repens, Radix millettiac speciosae. Methods By MTT assay, it was detected that the proliferation inhibition of extracted materials from Melaleucaleucadendron, Ficus anriculata, Litsea cubeba, Atriplex repens, Radix millettiae speciosae on human lung adenocarcinoma cells ( SPCA-1 ) , hepatocellular carci- noma cells (BEL7402), gastric cancer cells (GSC) and leukemic cells (K562) in vitro. Inhibitory rates over 50% was the effective activity site of the anti-tumor, and the inhibition rate ( IC50 ) was determined. Result Inhibition of the former tested tumor cells were observored after they were cultured by each extracted materials from five medicinal plants. Conclu- sions SPCA-1, BEL-7402, the GSC-7901, K562 tumor cells could be inhibitated by extracted materials from Melaleu- caleucadendron, Ficus auriculata, Litsea cubeba, Atriplex repens, Radix millettiae speciosae in vitro.
