摘 要:为减少紧急情况下空中交通管制员决策时产生的心理偏差,保证航空器安全运行,通过对管制员的工作任务分析,设计紧急情况下管制员心理偏差影响因素调查问卷。利用Logit模型,分析问卷结果,得出影响管制员心理偏差的4个内部显著性因素分别为:发生事故或事故征候的后果是否严重、事件发生后能否准确预测发展趋势、是否熟悉紧急情况处理程序和管制工作压力是否过大,3个外部显著性因素分别为:工作环境是否嘈杂、单位是否经常进行特情处理训练、工作中是否处理与工作无关的事情;并分析显著性影响因素对管制工作的影响。It was held that some advices on reducing the psychological deviation of the air traffic controllers needed to be put forward to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft.The tasks of the controllers were analyzed and questionnaires were designed and distributed to the first-line controllers.Based on the Logit model,four internal and three external factors influencing psychological deviation of the controllers were identified.Internal factors include the consequence of the accident or incident,the accuracy of accident trends prediction,the level of understanding of emergency procedures,the pressure of controls' work.The external ones include the noisiness of working environment,the frequency of the training for special situations and whether handling things being unrelated with the work.The effects about these factors on control process were analyzed.
