摘  要:目的 了解腹膜重建门静脉后腔面 6 酮 前列腺素F1α(6 k PGF1α)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的变化及重建门静脉后的通畅率。方法 采用健康幼猪 2 5头 ,切除 1段门静脉 ,分别代以自体腹膜和自体静脉 ,观察移植后不同时期通畅率、组织病理变化并测定移植物腔面 6 k PGF1α、NOS含量。结果 腹膜重建门静脉后 1个月、2~ 3个月及 5个月时通畅率分别为 94.1%、76 .9%及71.4% ,与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。腹膜间皮细胞可释放 6 k PGF1α,并具有NOS ,2组移植前后腔面 6 k PGF1α比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,NOS移植后期已恢复接近正常。结论 腹膜重建门静脉有较高的通畅率 ,间皮细胞可释放 6 k PGF1α,并具有NOS ,其释放量和酶活性与移植血管创伤修复有关。Objective To study whether the peritoneum could produce 6 k PGF 1α ,NOS and its alternation after portal vein reconstruction. Methods Twenty five small healthy pigs were used in the study. A segment of portal vein was resected and reconstructed by autogenous peritoneum and vein respectively. The patency, pathological changes of the grafts, alternation of 6 k PGF 1α and NOS on the luminal surface of the grafts were investigated. Results One month,2-3 months and 5 months after portal vein reconstruction with peritoneum, the patency rate was 94.1%,76.9% and 71.4% respectively,showing no obviously different from the control group.The mesotheliun could produce 6 k PGF 1α and NOS. There was no significant difference between two groups in 6 k PGF 1α releasing. The NOS was approximately normal in the late stage of transplantation. Conclusion Postal vein reconstruction using autogenous peritoneum revealed a high patency. The peritoneum could produce 6 k PGF 1α and NOS. The releasing amount and activity of enzyme are related to the trauma and repairing.
