国产重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子耐受性观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨国产重组人粒细胞 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子耐受剂量。方法 :15例分为 5组 :1.2 5 μg/kg、2 .5 μg/kg、5 .0 μg/kg、7.5 μg/kg、10 .0 μg/kg ,每组 3例。每例在化疗结束 48h后用药 ,每天 1次 ,共 7天。 结果 :用药后不良反应有乏力、寒颤、发热、肌肉酸痛、注射部位反应、胃肠道反应及ALT升高。结论 :5个剂量组均有较好的耐受。?Objective:To study the proper dose of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(rHuGM CSF) produced in China for treatment.Methods:Fifteen patients were divided into 5 groups treated with different doses of rHuGM CSF:1.25 μg/kg,2.5 μg/kg,5.0 μg/kg,7.5 μg/kg,10.0 μg/kg .rHuGM CSF was given subcutaneously daily for 7 days,administered 48 hour after the end of chemotherapy.Results:The result showed that the side effects of the drugs were fatigue,shivering,fever,myalgia,reaction at the injection site,gastrointestinal tract reaction and increase in ALT,but the effects were limited to Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree.Conclusions:Patients tolerate to all 5 doses of rHu GM CSF.
