摘　　要：改革开放30年来农地改革的表面繁荣不过是权力和学者的自娱自乐,作为土地主人的农民的土地愿望长期"被表达",农地改革成了被绑架的玩偶。农地改革绝不仅仅是一个学术问题,更是一个关系亿万农民身家性命和国家民族未来的现实问题,只有扎根田野,关注民生诉求的改革设计才是有生命力的。The surface prosperity of agricultural land reform is the entertainment of power and scholars in the past 30 years of reform. The farmers＂ desire as the land owner is expressed for a long time ; Agricultural land reform became a kidnapped doll. Agricultural land reform is not only an academic issue, but also a practical problem which is a matter of hundreds of millions of farmers and the fate of the nation. Only based on the field and Concerned People＇s livelihood aspirations, the reform design is a viable reform.
