康复期精神病人拒服药物问题的循证护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的通过循证护理的方法为康复精神病人拒服药物问题提供科学的护理干预，从而提高精神病人的治疗效果和生活质量。方法将符合标准的160例康复期精神病人，随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组采用精神科常规治疗和护理，观察组则在常规治疗的同时依据循证护理路径，观察并比较两组患者。分别在入组时、入院3个月、出院时进行简明精神病量表（BPRS）及服药依从性（自制表格）评定。结果观察组患者服药依从性改善程度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理是提高康复期精神病人拒服服药问题的有效护理方法，循证护理对提高康复期精神病人服药依从性有着积极的促进作用。Objective To provide the scientific nursing intervention for solving the problem of the convalescence mental patient refusing to take drug through the methods of evidence - based nursing, in order to improve the mental patient outcomes and quality of life. Methods One hundred sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group. Con- trol group received psychiatric routine therapy and nursing, observation group was received evidence - based nursing path on the basis of the conventional treatment. The effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results The degree of medication com- pliance of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Evidence - based nursing is an effective nursing method to improving the problem of the convalescence mental patient refusing to take drug. It can improve medication compliance of patients.
