临床路径在水痘患者诊疗护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径应用在水痘患者诊疗护理中的可行性，建立完善有效的水痘患者诊疗护理临床路径，为实施传染病单病种临床路径管理和临床实践提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法，将126例水痘患者分为两组，对照组66例，实验组60例。对照组采用传统的医疗护理方法，实验组按临床路径实施诊疗护理工作，比较两组平均住院日、平均住院费用、并发症发生率、健康教育知晓率及患者满意率差异。结果实验组平均住院日、并发症发生率相对下降，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；平均住院费用较对照组显著下降（P〈0．05）；健康教育知晓率较对照组显著提高（P〈0．05）；患者满意率由91．5％提高到98．7％，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论应用临床路径诊疗护理水痘患者，降低了住院费用，提高了患者满意度和医疗护理质量，临床路径在传染病单病种中的应用具有可行性。Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway in medical care for varicella patients, build perfect and effective clinical pathway of nursing for varicella patients, and provide the basis for the implementation of infectious diseases single disease management and clinical practice. Methods Totaled of 126 cases of varieella patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group （66 cases）, experimental group （60 cases） . Control group adopted traditional nursing, experimental group was treated with medical care by the clinical pathway. The two groups were compared with average days in hospital, average hospitalization expenses, complications, awareness of health education and patients＇satisfaction. Results The average days in hospital and complication rate were decline, but there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Average hospitalization expenses dropped significantly than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The awareness of health education was significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Patient satisfaction rate was increased to 98.7% by 91.5% , but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Using clinical pathway diagnosis can reduce the nursing hospitalized cost, improve patients＇satisfaction and the quality of nursing. It is feasible for clinical pathway to use in infectious diseases.
