摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦解决模式对甲状腺功能减退患者进行护理的临床效应。方法:选取50例甲状腺功能减退患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预,比较2组患者甲减知识的掌握、服药依从性及治疗效果,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2组患者治疗前后焦虑情况进行评估。结果:试验组实施干预后,SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对加减知识的掌握及治疗的依从性明显好于对照组(P<0.05),试验组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式能有效提高甲减患者对替代疗法的服药依从性及治疗效果,减轻焦虑,改善生活质量。ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of solution-focused approach on patients of hypothyroidism. Methods： 50 patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 25 patients in each groups. Patients in control group were just given routine nursing care and treatment, experimental group were based on the use of solution-focused approach for nursing intervention. The degree of grasping knowledge of hypothyroidism, treating compliance and curative effect in the two group were contrasted, and the anxiety of patients before and after examination was assessed by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results： After intervention,the score of SAS in experimental group much lower than another （P〈0.05）. The degree of grasping knowledge of hypothy- roidism,treating compliance and curative effect of experimental group was superior to the contrasting group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Solu- tion-focused approach helps hypothyroidism patients who were treated by substitute the treatment to grasp knowledge of hypothyroidism and improve the treating compliance and the curative effect effectively, so relieve anxiety and improve their life quality.
