摘 要:目的:探讨临床护理实践教学中综合性实验的应用效果。方法:将2010级护理学专业的200名本科生随机分成实验班100和对照班100名,实验班给予综合性实验的教学方法授课,而对照班给予传统的实验教学方法进行授课。在学期结束时对两个班的学生进行调查问卷,对两班的操作技能考试成绩及理论考试成绩进行对比。结果:两个班的操作技能考试成绩及理论考试成绩经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性实验的教学方法能帮助学生提高理论知识,使其更主动地学习,教学中应广泛应用。Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive experiment in clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods: 2010 nursing undergraduates recruited in 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=100) and control group (n-100). Comprehensive experimental teaching method was adopted in the experimental group and traditional experimental teaching method was used in the control group. The students in both groups were investigated by questionnaire at the end of term, the operational skill and theoretical examination results were compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the marks of operational skill and theoretical examination between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive experimental teaching method can help students improve their theoretical knowledge and encourage them to be more active in learning. The comprehensive experimental teaching method should be broadly applied in teaching.
