超声引导下经皮肺自动穿刺活检的临床应用

摘　　要：目的通过超声引导下经皮肺自动穿刺活检对肺及胸膜肿块作出病理诊断，为早期诊断肺及胸膜肿块提供可靠依据方法对３０例经Ｘ线及ＣＴ诊断为肺部外周型肿块或怀疑结核或炎症但临床高度怀疑癌变或胸膜病变，需进一步明确诊断者，在超块引导下经皮用自动穿刺活检针进行穿刺活检及病理检查．结果全部获得病理学诊断．其中良性病变１１例（占３６７％），恶性病变１９例（占６３．３％）结论对于胸膜病变及贴近胸壁的肺占位病变，经皮肺自动穿刺活检是一种良好方法．Objoetive To evaluate the roles of percutaneous pulmoner automatic biopsy guided by ultrasonography. Methods in 30 patients who were diagnosed as periphal pulmonary tumor or tuberulosis by X -ray or CT but highly considered as cancer or pleural lesions clinically, for more accuarate diagnossis, percutaneous pulmoner automatic biopsy guided by ultrasonography and pathologic diagnosis were performed. Results 30 patients were diagnosed by pathology. 11 cases were benign lesions (36.7%) and 19 were malignant (63.3%). Conclusions Percutaneous pulmoner automatic biopsy was a good histologic diagnostic method for patients with lesions of pleura and space-occupying lesions of pulmoner close to pleural wall.
