加味黄连汤对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的影响及病理组织学改变

摘　　要：采用大鼠应激性，幽门结扎型和阿司匹林所致的胃粘膜损伤模型，观察加味黄连汤对胃粘膜损伤指数的影响和病理组织学改变。结果显示：该方能明显降低急性胃粘膜损伤指数，改善病理组织学坏死、损伤程度，提示加味黄连汤对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤起保护作用。Models are made of rats with gastric mucosa injury as the result of irritability, pylorus ligature and administration of aspirin, and such aspects as the index of the gastric mucosa injury and histopathological changes with this recipe are observed It is indicated that thisrecipe can evidently lower the injury index and improve the state of histopathological necrosis and injury, implying that this recipe plays a protective action on the acute gastric mucosa injury of rats.
