针刺脾肾合穴与郄穴前后脾虚证脉图参数的变化

摘　　要：为验证寸、关、尺分候脏腑这一脉学研究者争论的观点，观察了脾虚证病人刺激脾经、肾经合穴与郄穴前后脉图参数的变化。结果显示：脉图参数变化值在刺激脾经穴位与刺激肾经穴位之间绝大多数无显著性差异，部分有显著性差异的变化出现的脉部分散，并未集中在脾、肾两经相对应的右关和左右尺脉。实验结论与右关候脾、左右尺脉候肾的观点未能吻合。To verify the argument that cun , guan or chi corresponds to one of the internal organs and reveals the pathological changes of the corresponding organ, the parameter variation in the pulse diagram of the patients suffering spleen deficiency is observed prior to and post acpuncture at the converging points of the spleen and kidney meridians as well as the cleft points. It is shown that there ie no evident difference in most patients when the points along the spleen and the kidney meridians are stimulated ,Some obvious variations occur dispersedly in terms of the position and do not focus at guan on the right side and chi on both sides, which correspond respectively to the spleen and kidney meridians. This result does not coincide with the idea that guan on the right side corresponds to the spleen and chi on both sides to the kidney.
