3种染料示踪剂对鼠肢体淋巴结示踪显色时间和淋巴管走行途径的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探究亚甲蓝、伊文思蓝、中华墨汁在示踪鼠肢体淋巴结中的准确时间及淋巴管走行途径。方法:用浓度为1.0%的亚甲蓝、伊文思蓝及中华墨汁分别对活体和尸体大鼠或小鼠的足掌面进行皮下注射。观察其肢体淋巴结显色时间、被染淋巴结数目及四肢淋巴管走行。结果:1)亚甲蓝、伊文思蓝、中华墨汁对活体大鼠和小鼠前肢腋淋巴结的显色时间分别为10-12 s,4-5 s;对活体大鼠后肢和小鼠髂淋巴结显色时间分别为11-13 s,5-6 s;尸体大鼠或小鼠四肢淋巴结显色时间与活体相近。2)亚甲蓝、伊文思蓝、中华墨汁组大鼠前肢被染淋巴结数均为2个,小鼠均为2个;大鼠后肢被染淋巴结数均为2个,小鼠均为3个。结论:亚甲蓝、伊文思蓝、中华墨汁三种染料对大鼠和小鼠分别在11 s和5 s左右对活体与尸体四肢淋巴结进行有效的示踪。Objective： To investigate the precise time and its mechanism of the murine limb lymph nodes staining using methylene blue,Evans blue,zhonghua ink.Methods： The concentrated 1.0 % methylene blue,Evans blue and ink were injected into the subcutaneous of the foot or palm of live and dead Wistar rats or KM mice.The lymph nodes dying time,the number of lymph nodes and the routine of lymphatics were observed.Results： 1）The average time needed until lymph nodes were stained by methylene blue,Evans blue or ink in live forelimb was about 10-12 s in rats,4-5 s in mice;that of the hindlimb was about 11-13 s in rats,5-6 s in mice.The time in dead bodies was approximately similar to that in the live.2）the average number of lymph node groups stained by methylene blue,Evans blue and ink in the forelimb was 2 in rats,2 in mice;that of the hindlimb was also 2 in rats,3 in mice.Conclusion： Methylene blue,Evans blue,zhonghua ink,all three dyes,can trace lymph nodes effectively in the live and dead murine limbs within 12 s in rats or 5s in mice.
