摘　　要：精氨酸单糖苷(AF)、精氨酸双糖苷(AFG)是具有多种生物活性氨基酸衍生物,具有抗氧化、增强免疫和扩张血管等作用。由于近年来对于精氨酸衍生物的研究很少,故本文的目的在于对精氨酸及其衍生物AF、AFG做一概述,为以后深入的研究提供一个理论基础。Arginine derivatives AF and AFG have many biological activities such as antioxidant,immune enhancement,dilation of blood vessels and so on.In recent years,because of the study of arginine derivatives is not too much,so the aim of this paper is to summarise arginine and its derivatives AF、AFG and provide a basic theory for the further study.
