摘　　要：文章从"治庸问责"的含义、意义、要求等三个方面着手,阐述对"治庸问责"的认识和图书馆推进"治庸问责"的思考,提出要以图书馆事业可持续发展为立足点,以"治庸提能、治懒提效、治散提神、治软提劲"为主题,加强学习,深入调研,解放思想,改进服务理念、服务方式和服务制度,改善发展环境,切实提高服务能力,进一步加强图书馆建设,改进工作作风,提高工作效率和服务质量,创建良好的图书馆环境。This article expounds some thoughts on accountability curing and reflections on promoting accountability curing in libraries from the angles of its meaning and requirements.In addition,this article advocates taking the sustainable development of libraries as its anchor point,focusing on improving working efficiency,strengthening learning and research,emancipating the mind,innovating service concept,service mode and service system,ameliorating the environment of development,enhancing service capability and promoting the construction of libraries so as to improve the work style,work efficiency and service quality and construct sound atmosphere in the library.
