疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症的临床疗效。方法将60例排卵功能障碍不孕症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组30例用疏肝补肾汤配合来曲唑促排卵治疗，对照组30例用来曲唑促排卯治疗。并对照观察两组治疗前后主要临床症状、排卵率、妊娠率及子宫内膜厚度等的改善情况。结果经1～2个疗程治疗后，治疗组在排卵率、妊娠率、自然流产率方面均优于对照组。结论疏肝补肾汤结合西药来曲唑能有效提高多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的排卵率，并减轻来曲唑的副反应，改善机体内环境，明显提高受孕率，中西结合治疗优势突出。Objective To observe the clinical cure effect of combination of clearing liver and nourishing kidney soup and letrozole on sterility caused by polycystic ovary. Method 60 cases of ovulatory dysfunction and infertility patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group （ n=30cases ） , the treatment group with clear liver and nourish kidney soup, the control group just only with letrozole. The main clinical symptoms, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Result After 1-2 couses of treatment, the treatment group was better in ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate than the control group. Conclusion Clearing liver and nourishing kidney soup combined with westem medicine letrozole can effectively enhance the polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility patients of ovulation rate, and reduce letrozole side effects, improve the body＇s internal environment and pregnant rate, with combined therapy of Chinese and western advantage prominent.
