自制复方黄连液治疗动静脉穿刺皮下血肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制复方黄连液治疗动静脉穿刺皮下血肿的效果。方法将90例动静脉穿刺导致的皮下血肿患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组1、2组和观察组1组,每组各30例。对照1组采用生马铃薯片冷敷,对照2组采用50%硫酸镁冷热敷,观察组采用自制复方黄连液持续冷敷,每日观察记录患者血肿大小、疼痛及发热等情况,观察比较3组血肿治疗情况。结果 3组患者皮下血肿治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047),观察组治疗效果最好,其次是对照2组,再其次是对照1组。结论自制复方黄连液冷敷对动静脉穿刺皮下血肿有较好的消肿、止痛、预防感染作用,可有效地减轻患者痛苦,缩短治疗时间,而且疗效短,经济实用。Objective To explore the effect of homemade coptis liquid on arteriovenous puncture hematoma. Methods 90 patients with ar- teriovenous puncture hematoma were divided into control group 1, control group 2 and intervention group, each group had 30 patients. Control group 1 were given raw potato slices, control group 2 were given 50% magnesium, while patients in intervention group were given homemade coptis liquid. The size of patients＇ hematoma,pain and fever were recorded everyday. Treatment situation of patients were compared between the three groups. Results The treatment effect of the three groups were significantly different （ P = 0.047 ）, the treatment effect of interven- tion was the best, and then control group 2,the last was control group 1. Conclusions Homemade eoptis liquid used on arteriovenous punc- ture hematoma has good effect of reducing swelling and pain. It can prevent infection, effectively reduce patients＇ pain , shorten their time and cost of treatment.
