摘　　要：近年来随着科学技术的发展,低压配电领域新材料、新产品、新工艺的不断涌现,出现了大量的新型电器、新型导体和新的配电线路敷设方式,有必要做出基本规定以规范和引领该行业的技术发展。新规范与时俱进在安全保障、技术措施、统一参数等方面做了细致详实的工作,收录了新术语、新型电器和导体的选择方法、配电线路的先进敷设方式等,共分七章内容。对涉及人身安全和重大财产损失的部分作为强制性条款以黑体字标示,工程中强制执行。With the development of the science and technology, new materials, new products and new technologies appear more and more in the field of the low-voltage distribution, such as new electrical equipments, new conductors and new laying modes of the distribution lines~ Facing to this trend, we must make some basic rules to lead the development of this industry~ New rule has finished this work, including making new safeguard and technical measures, uniforming paraments, adopting new terms, supplying advanced laying modes of the distribution lines and methods of that how to chose new electrical equipments~ The new rule uses black words to show the enforcement provisions that refer to personal safety and major property losses, they must be strictly observed.
