摘　　要：目的总结并探讨联合应用各种面部年轻化手术方案的临床疗效，并对治疗的整体效果进行评估。方法回顾性分析41例面部老化患者的治疗过程。根据患者自身老化程度，选择相应的面部年轻化手术方法，并联合应用不同的术式，以达到对面部软组织年轻化重塑的整体效果。结果术后随访6个月至2年，面部软组织均获得显著的年轻化效果，术后随访患者均较满意。结论根据患者自身的老化程度，制定个性化治疗方案，并联合应用多种面部年轻化手术方法，是达到面部整体年轻化效果的理想选择。Objective To summarize and discuss the different combined application of various surgical facial rejuvenation programs and evaluate the overall effect of this personalized treatment. Methods The treatment process of aging face in 41 patients were reviewed retrospectively. According to their different degrees of aging face, the appropriate methods of facial rejuvenation surgery were selected and combined used in different ways to achieve the overall effect of rejuvenation by facial soft tissue remodeling. Results The follow-up time was from 6 months to 2 years. The facial soft tissue remodeling had achieved significant effects of rejuvenation All the followed-up cases obtained good results without any complications. Conclusion It is an ideal option that the development of personalized treatment plan using a variety of facial rejuvenation surgical procedures can achieve the overall facial rejuvenation.
