摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂对 3 5 0 m3高炉冷却壁系统漏水、查漏处理情况进行分析 ,针对不同的漏水 ,采取相应的处理方法 ,避免了由于漏水造成的恶性灌渣及炉缸冻结事故 ,达到了安全稳定生产的目的。The analysis has been done to leakage and its treating condition of cooling stave system of 350m^3 blast furnace in No.1 ironmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group.The analysis result showed the pointing to various leakage condition and taking on various treatment method the important accident such as hearth chill,etc,which is caused by leakage of cooling stave,have been be avoided and the safe and stable production has been implemented.
