摘　　要：目的测定不同产地北沙参多糖的含量。方法采用水提醇沉法,用苯酚-硫酸法测定北沙参中多糖的含量。结果不同产地的北沙参中多糖含量为：14.2%~21.4%。结论不同产地北沙参多糖的含量有一定的差异。Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in Radix Glehniae from various cultivation locations.Mathods Based on the extraction with water,the polysaccharides were deposited with alcohol.Phenol-sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides.Results The content of polysaccharides in Radix Glehniae from various cultivation locations varied from 14.2%~21.4%.Conclusion There were great difference in polysaccharide content in Radix Glehniae from various cultivation locations.
