摘 要:为探究粉煤灰掺量对水泥凝结时间的影响,对不同掺量粉煤灰水泥进行标准稠度下和固定水灰比下凝结实验。结果表明:在标准稠度用水量下,粉煤灰掺量的增加对凝结时间有延缓作用;在固定水灰比下,粉煤灰掺量超过2 0%时,随粉煤灰掺量的增加水泥凝结时间反而缩短;相同粉煤灰掺量下,随着水灰比的增加浆体凝结时间均有不同程度的延长。In order to explore the effects of fly ash content on setting time of cement, setting time experiments have been conducted on different fly ash contents of cement under normal consistency and fixed water-cement ratio. Results indicate that, with water requirement of normal consistency, increase in the amount of fly ash content will have a delaying effect on setting time; With the fixed water-cement ratio, when fly ash content is more than its 120%, setting time will be shortened with the increase in the amount of fly ash content; having the same amount of fly ash content, the pastes setting time will be extended in accordance with the varied increases of water-cement ratio.
