摘　　要：基于U G强大的建模和装配技术,分析了齿轮泵各零件的建模设计、虚拟装配和运动仿真的过程。实践证明,利用U G进行虚拟装配和运动仿真,可以缩短产品的研发周期,提高生产效率,同时也给机械类专业的虚拟教学提供了思路。Based on UG software＇s powerful modeling and assembly technology, this paper has analyzed the process of modeling design, virtual assembly and motion simulation for the gear pump parts. Practice Droves that the virtual assembly and motion simulation by using of UG can shorten product＇s developing cycle, improve production efficiency, as well as provide a guideline for virtual teaehing in Mechanical Engineering.
