摘 要:研究了不同氧乙烯基(EO)加合数的乙氧基化硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(乙氧基化酯基季铵盐)的生物降解性、柔软性、抗静电性、再润湿性和与阴离子表面活性剂复配等应用性能,并与乙氧基化改性前的硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(EQDMS)以及传统的柔软剂D1821进行比较.研究发现:乙氧基化酯基季铵盐的生物降解性明显优于D1821,柔软性优于EQDMS,抗静电性和再润湿性均优于EQDMS和D1821,EO平均加合数为6的乙氧基化酯基季铵盐EQDMS-6EO的柔软效果最好,与D1821相当,与阴离子表面活性剂的复配性能优于EQDMS和D1821.The biodegradability, softness, anti-static property, rewettability and compatibility with anionic surfactants of a serial polyoxyethylene ester quaternary ammonium salts with different oxyethylene (EO) ad- duct numbers were investigated and compared with unmodified EQDMS and D1821. The results showed that the biodegradability of polyoxyethylene ester quaternary ammonium salt was better than that of D1821 and its softness was better than EQDMS, and it's antistatic and rewettability were better than EQDMS and D1821. The results showed that the softness of the polyoxyethylene ester quaternary ammonium salts with 6 of aver- age adduct number was the best and its softness was close to D1821. Its compatibility with anionic surfac- tants was better than EQDMS and D1821.
