摘  要:在前期研究基础上,固定阳离子羽毛蛋白助剂WLS-20改性棉织物的工艺条件,探讨改性棉织物对不同种类、不同用量活性染料无盐染色的上染效果、固色效果、染色牢度和匀染性能的影响.结果表明:改性棉织物采用无盐低碱工艺染色,染料上染性能提高,固色性能显著提高,染色织物耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度有所改善,匀染性不变.在获得相同K/S值的情况下,改性棉织物能节约染料用量,降低染色废水污染.同时,改性棉织物的毛细管效应和抗折皱等服用性能均有提高,但改性棉织物的断裂强度有所降低.On the basis of previous research, the fixed process of modified cotton fabric with cationic feather protein agent WLS-20 was investigated. The effects of modified cotton fabric on the dyeing results of different kinds and dosage of reactive salt-free dyeing, fixation properties, color fastness and levelness were discussed. The results show that the employment of salt-free dyeing for the modified cotton fabric improve the dyeing property and distinctly improve the fixation property. The fastne~ to washing and rubbing of the dyed fabric were both improved and the levelness was also good. The modified cotton could save the con- sumption of dye and decrease the dyeing wastewater pollution in case of the same K/S value with the general cotton fabric. Meanwhile, the modified cotton fabric, had good capillary effect and anti-wrinkle performance, while the breaking strength somewhat decreased.
