摘　　要：新时期，加强和改进法官思想政治教育工作尤为重要。思想政治教育工作能够引导法官的审判工作，促进高素质法官的培养，保证法院的管理规范。但是，目前法官思想政治教育工作面临了新情况和新问题，这就需要进一步加强和改进法官思想政治教育工作，充实法官思想政治教育工作的内容以达到增强做好法官思想政治工作的实效性。It is particularly important tO strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work at new period, Ideological and political education work can lead to the juage＇s trial, and promote the cultivation of high-quality judges, and ensure that the court＇s standard managemcnt.
