摘  要:采用Ryzner稳定指数和Stiffs & Davis饱和指数对油田现场高矿化度、高钙离子浓度采出水的结垢趋势进行理论预测,并利用高温高压釜模拟注CO2驱油井下工况,开展了不同温度、CO2分压条件下井下采出水的结垢评价,模拟实验结果表明,现场采出水在模拟工况条件下的结垢率均在10%以上,温度和CO2分压的变化对采出水结垢率的影响较小。在试样表面光滑和模拟实验流速条件下,旋转试样表面未形成完整致密的CaCO3包覆垢层。The stability index of Ryzner and saturation index of Stiffs Davis were used to predict scaling tendency of produced water with high concentration of salinity and calcium ion in the CO2 flooding oil field.Moreover by means of autoclave simulating underground work condition of CO2 flooding,laboratory scaling of produced water in different condition of temperature and CO2 partial pressure was evaluated.The result indicated that produced water has scaling rate of above 10%,and the temperature and CO2 partial pressure had small impact to scaling rate of produced water.The result of specimen surface analyzing by SEM,EDS and XRD indicated there was no forming the complete compact scaling layer of calcium carbonate in specimen surface.
