摘　　要：由于催化干气回收乙烯装置处理的物料具有易燃易爆性,若发生物料泄漏,将导致火灾爆炸;采用了挪威DNV公司的PHAST定量风险评价软件建立物料泄漏扩散模型进行事故模拟,得出可燃物质的燃烧热辐射、爆炸冲击波影响程度和危害范围,为企业加强重点部位监控、制定防范措施提供重要参考依据。Owing to the recovery of ethylene in catalytic dry gas unit processing materials with a nature of the flammable and explosive,if the material leakage,it would cause the device to fire explosion.On the above basis,using the PHAST Norway DNV quantitative risk assessment software,through establishing the leakage and diffusion model,simulating the major accident caused by leakage of the material type,and analyzing the hazards range of fire spread leakage explosion,a more detailed understanding of the dangers of unit accident can be got,the key parts of corporate control were strengthened,and the preventive measures for an important reference were developed.
